The death of their father is the jumping-off point for this original comedy about three brothers looking to reconnect. Against his wishes, their father is buried in Texas. The older two siblings decide to take matters into their own hands, starting by kidnapping their baby brother and digging up their father’s coffin to return it to Oklahoma. The first feature by the AFF alum Singletree crew from Norman, Oklahoma (AFF ’06 Special Jury Award, For the Love of Family) is a fantastic blend of humor and honesty that knows a lot about being a brother and a son.

This was a fun ride from beginning to end. The relationship between the brothers was real as well as irreverent and I really enjoyed their story.
